Summary

On the reverse side of Dalila Tarhuni’s book, there is a quote by Kevin R. Stone, MD. stating that drinking water is like washing out your insides. The water will cleanse the system, fill you up, decrease your caloric load and improve the function of all your tissues.

Cucumber, Radish and Celery

Cucumbers, radishes, celery, parsley (optional) filtered or spring water. You can use zucchini instead of cucumbers if you prefer.

Pineapple, Strawberry and Green Grapes

Pineapple slices, strawberries, green grapes, lime, filtered or spring water and ice cubes to serve.


Red Grapes, Pear and Lemon

Red grapes, pear, lemon, nutmeg, filtered or spring water, and ice cubes to serve.

Opinion

I, really like this cookbook, but almost all of the ingredients are very, very expensive and/or hard to find.

Personally, I think that Cucumber, Radish and Celery is the best out of all. The recipe is very frugal. The ingredients are easy to find in most grocery stores. The recipe is easy to prepare. That is what I look for in a recipe.

The other two recipes that I highlighted are good to me as I love grapes. Such a fruit is not too sweet. I cannot decide which grape is my favorite. I love them all!

I give this book a 5-star rating.
