Ashton circus started travelling around Australia 160 years ago. Today, the seventh generation of Ashtons are still travelling and thrilling crowds. The circus has grown and changed over the years. Infamous is a circus with a difference. No longer do the posters read 'Children bring your parents to the circus', rather 'Parents leave the children at home unless they are over 18& #43 ;'.

Infamous is the brainchild of Joe Ashton. With wife Michelle, their two sons and a cast of aerialists, acrobats, jugglers, dancing girls galore who put Victoria's Secret models to shame and a drunken, crazy cleaner who is almost the star of the show - in his lobby boy costume.'How do you manage to fall down 100 times and learn not to kill yourself?''I haven't' was the cheeky reply from Jessie Grant

The house cat prowls around the tent - don't for a minute take your eyes from her, particularly if you are in the ringside seats. She is slutty, sexy, mischief, cute, playful and eye candy.

As the audience sip exotic cocktails, the show starts with Joe and his two sons risking their lives on 'The Wheel of Death'. The excitement and laughter never stops as the fourteen acts follow.

The music is great [very loud] and the show is slick, runs smoothly and is a shining example of newness and entrepreneurial skill. All the performers are amazing entertainers and magnificently costumed [except the crazy cleaner].

The show would not be complete without the famous Flying Ashtons and we were not disappointed. A wonderful climax to an already perfect circus come cabaret. You choose your own words to gush and rave about the circus, it is unique, sensational and - do what you have to do to see Infamous, but go.

Expect the unexpected.

There are many stories about the one who ran away to the circus. Michelle is the Infamous runaway. How many skills do you have to have to join a circus? How about swing a mallet, put up the tent, drive and maintain a truck, run the business, sell the tickets and like Michelle, be part of the Flying Ashtons for over twenty years [an unofficial record]. Oh yes, run a family, have two sons, live in a caravan. Have I left anything out?

See you at the circus!

Tickets from Ticketek - they range from $247.35 to $47.20.
