Outdoor pools may be long closed, but you can still get your backstroke on this winter. Here's a look at recreation centers that have indoor pools open year-round. There's one in almost every borough (sorry, Staten Island). And with yearly membership dues only $75, you might as well check out what the gym has to offer, too.
