This free community event coincides with World Environment Day and includes several free activities such as live wildlife viewing, art and craft activities for kids, and live country music. The face painting at this event is always excellent.
The face painting is always popular at Indigi Day Out
Additionally, the Indigi Day Out will have a variety of environmental and market stalls for visitors to browse, as well as native plant sales through their native plant nursery.
Native trees will be available for purchase at the Indigi Day Out
Indigiscapes recommend that you can ensure you get a car park by heading to the corner of Korawal Street and Lyndon Road. From there you can enjoy a short bushwalk on your way to the festivities. However, if you are using public transport to attend the event, you can plan your trip on Translink's website.
The Indigi Day Out is set in the tranquil bushland at Indigicapes
Food and drink at the Indigi Cafe are always excellent, although the Indigi Day Out will have additional stalls where you can purchase a variety of food and drink as well.
