Cheap, non-fussy and catering for all tastes, Indian Kitchen is always a busy little hub on Vulture Street in the West End. I love spicy food and often crave curry - and this is perfect to nail those cravings.

For $6.50 you can choose 3 vegetable curries and rice, and then for $8.00, you can choose a meat dish with rice and mix it up with some vegetable dishes. They have a nice little selection of naan breads, pakoras and bhajis. Don't go there expecting anything too fancy, and it certainly is not a cheap first date venue; it's no frills, fast curry but certainly satisfies.

My only qualm is that there isn't a steady graduation from mild to hotness of the curries. The mild options are in fact, very mild and the hottest curry, being a Vindaloo, is not short of blowing your head off and yet there doesn't seem to be an in-between. So I blow my head off regularly and still return for more. I like it, you might too.
