The 4th of July, American Independence Day, is a popular federal holiday, celebrating America being declared independent of Great Britain in 1776. Proudly brought to you by the American Women's Club of Perth, this celebratory event promises to be loads of fun for all ages.

The Independence Day Fair will feature a range of American foods, beverages, sports, exhibitions, children's activities, entertainment, a bouncy castle, a petting zoo, face painting, family games, a patriotic costume contest for the kids and much more.

Come along and sample some tasty American hot dogs, chilli, nachos, US beer, wine and soft drinks, Krispy Kreme Donuts, and more. There will also be an assortment of pre-packaged American foods, available to purchase.

There will be demonstrations of American sports, including baseball and gridiron football, plus a classic American car exhibition, showcasing Ford Thunderbirds, Mustangs, Corvettes, Jeeps, Military Vehicles and vintage Harley Davidsons.

Entry to The American Independence Day Fair is free. There will be a collection of a gold coin donation with all proceeds going to the Guide Dog Association of WA.
