A great night in for a great cause
Want to make a difference from your sofa? While the new normal might be Netflix and Zoom in your PJs at all hours of the day, here's a way to support a great cause and have a great night in (and no need to Uber home!)
On Saturday 10th October at 7.30pm, grab your ticket and join via Zoom for the 'Biggest Only Pink G&T Fest' and help raise awareness, funds and have a great night to boot.
Grab your ticket and enjoy a delicious evening of pink gin and tonic for a great cause. Image provided.
Up to 1000 lovers of a good gin and tonic will be online wearing their best pink outfit, sipping on pink gin and tonic whilst being entertained by a fabulous guest mixologist and delicious pink cocktail demonstrations in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Your ticket ($85) gets you access to this mega-zoom party, your own package of Pink Craft Gin, Pink Tonic and Pink Artisan Chocolates. There will also be raffles and prizes on the night. Each ticket will also contribute a donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). Goody bags will arrive two weeks prior to the event. Guests can interact, laugh and chat live on the night whilst raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and a surprise guest may pop in to say hello.
The event, organised by The Gin Birds and their digital Gin Store Gindex, has been helping Australians discover small craft gin brands since last year. During the bushfire and COVID crisis, distillers really felt the economic strain and The Gin Birds jumped in and launched free online events and support for distillers. These two female change-makers believe in supporting local businesses and empowering women and female-focused charities. It's a great solution for something to do during lockdown and it's for a great cause too. Tickets are on sale via this link.
