Stated to be home of the original charcoal BBQ house, In 'N' Out BBQ fittingly enough offers a wide range of BBQ dishes. The dishes offered here range from burgers, single platters idea for one and mixed platters great for sharing with a group of friends.
Somewhat similar to the 'Loaded Fries' that has recently appeared on the menus of popular burger joints, The KB consists of your choice of lamb, chicken or kafta skewers on top of fries drizzled with your choice of sauce. We chose to have chicken skewers whose juiciness provided a good contrast to the crisp and fluffy fries. For the sauces, we chose peri-peri sauce and garlic dip. The creamy, garlicy flavour of the dip partnered well with the slightly sour peri-peri sauce.

We were delighted with the excellent quality of the American BBQ Ribs, which was tender enough to easily fall off the bone but still had a bit of crispiness to the exterior. The best part was the hickory BBQ sauce which gave the ribs a finger licking yummy smoky flavour. Accompanying the ribs were a serving of chips, and coleslaw to balance the ribs with their tanginess.

While it is primarily intended to be a takeaway outlet, there are still a few seats should you decide to eat there. A decent amount of parking space can be found along the streets where the outlet is located on and delivery is available within a 5km radius of O'Connell Street.
