A place where you forgot where you could exercise
Exercising at home, instead of at a gym, has so many benefits! If you can move any part of your body and have a little room in your house or apartment, you have no problem. Just figure out what type of exercise you like.

The following are some advantages to exercising at home:

Your food and drink are right there.
You do not have to go through the fast-food drive-thru and pay an astronomical amount for a salad and bottle of water.



Kid-friendly.
Child obesity is climbing in the United States. Getting children interested in exercise is a lifelong skill.

No specific attire needed.
You are not at a fashion show. Wear what is comfortable.



You do not have to be alone. You have YouTube videos.
Exercising alone may seem boring but you do not have to be alone. All you need to do is look up videos on YouTube. Personally, I have become interested in Tai Chi instructed by Helen Liang and Tae Bo instructed by Billy Blanks.

You can exercise when convenient for you.
For example, exercise at night when everyone else is in bed.

No need to feel that people are staring.
Do you think people are making fun of you? Be proud of yourself instead as you are doing something.

There are no dogs.
For example, dogs sense my fear. So, personally, I do not like dogs. Therefore, I cannot walk my neighborhood.

It is free.
There is no sense in having a fancy gym membership. Save that money instead.
