Illuminate Adelaide will be back this year for the month of July. This is one of South Australia's major winter celebrations of art, light, music and technology. The event will showcase many free and ticketed events from world-renowned artists.
Some of Adelaide's iconic streetscapes will be transformed into a fairyland of lights and sound. So come and explore the city through three key precincts, North, East and West. For all ages, this is free and the lights will run nightly from 6 pm to 11pm.
Ticketed events, just to mention a few, are musicians from Adelaide and Melbourne Symphony Orchestras, KLASSIK underground, classical repertoire from Schoenberg to Steve Reich, Istanbul-based Ouchhh Studio, etc.
