If you love music, then put this in your diary now! The annual Illawarra Folk Festival is celebrating 32 years of presenting live music. The Festival will run over four fun-filled summer days. Get set for the best folk, world, roots, bluegrass, gypsy and Celtic music you can hear live in NSW. Not only music, but live poetry readings, comedy acts and of course, endless dancing.
The magic commences Thursday 12 January with a Charity Concert and concludes with a grand finale in the evening on Sunday 15 January 2017. The Festival location is nestled in the northern Illawarra escarpment at Bulli Showground. Presenting over 170 performers over 4 days, it will be one hell of a party. You can camp out and enjoy a unique long weekend of music and party hard with like-minded souls. The lineup includes 19 International Acts, 88 National Acts, 74 Local Acts.
Along with great music, will be mouthwatering food available from an array of international food stalls. Quench your thirst at the festival bar, shop at craft stalls and check out the markets. There will be on-site camping available for those travelling from afar.
