IKEA's Australia Day Celebration

26 January 2015 is Australia Day. It is a day of celebration, the day which the British first came into Botany Day and colonised Australia. It is also a long weekend with skyworks display being held by the River in Perth City.

However, being a long weekend also means that there will be a lot of time on your side. You may already planned to do something this weekend, or not. If you fall in the latter, and have a home filled with children, you may look at heading down to IKEA.

This year, IKEA will be hosting an amazing Australia Day Celebration event. Each day is filled with a range of activities and fun things to do for the whole family. And, as a celebration of the true spirit of Australians, IKEA will be holding a "Best Aussie Gear" Competition on Australian Day.

So, if you have just realised that the long weekend is this weekend, and you have not planned to do anything this weekend, then maybe IKEA is the perfect place to go for a little "at home" adventure!
