Igloos and cocktails are popping up all over Brisbane in winter 2021.

If you missed out on the wintery fun at the Winter Village, try one of these experiences at a suburban pub near you.

The Kenmore is embracing winter, with an igloo village popping up between June and September.

The igloos seat up to six people and all bookings include a choice of wine, beer or wintery cocktail like mulled wine and spiced rum hot chocolate on arrival and a Tuscan tasting platter including bruschetta, arancini and a panforte. The cost begins at $49 and for $69, you'll also get an additional chefs recommendation course and premium beers and cocktails. A children's option is also available for the under 12s, which includes a meal and drink (including a loaded hot chocolate option).

Bookings are strictly 1.5 hours only to ensure COVID safe cleaning time in between bookings and can be made online.

It might be cold outside at The Whickam but inside, it's a disco igloo kind of night. Starting at $35, entry includes a snow inspired cocktail on arrival and a Mexican grazing platter including tortilla chips and dips and a pulled pork platter or mushroom quesadillas. For an extra $12, you can add a Choc Whip Affogato dessert upgrade. Each igloo fits up to five people.

Bookings are strictly 1.5 hours only to ensure COVID safe cleaning time in between bookings and can be made online.

And the Winter Wonderland kicks on into Spring at Cleveland Sands. From September to October, their courtyard will be transformed into a spring garden.

Bookings are $60 per person, which includes two drinks (choose from beer, wine, soft drink, and a selection of themed cocktails) and a three-course meal (think lobster, prawns and lamb, finished with a selection of petit fours). Each igloo can accommodate up to six people and is available Monday to Thursday from 6pm and on Friday and Saturdays at 5pm and 7.30pm.

Bookings are strictly 1.5 hours only to ensure COVID safe cleaning time in between bookings and can be made online.

Stay cool!
