'If I Stay' is a 2014 Romantic Drama staring Chloe Grace Moretz, Jamie Buckley and Mireille Enos. Mia Hall (Moretz) is a normal teenage girl who lives in Portland, Oregon with her parents, Denny (Joshua Leonard) and Kat (Mireille Enos), and little brother Teddy (Jakob Davies). Mia is a very skilled Cellist and dreams of studying at Julliard, but starts to reassess her life after a tragic accident.

The Hall family are on their way to their grandparents farm when their car collides with an oncoming truck. Mia tries to talk to the paramedics but no one can see or hear her. Then she sees her body lying on the road and realises she is having an out of body experience.

Mia soon discovers that it is up to her whether she wants to move on or return to her life, but things will be different if she goes back.

Directed by R.J. Cutler and written by Shauna Cross and Gayle Forman. Mia now sees her life flash before her eyes watching flashbacks of the boy she loves, but who left her behind to pursue his career, the family she would give up if she chose not to return and her musical future if she was to get accepted into Juilliard.

Caught between life and death for one revealing day, Mia has only one decision left, what will it be? Love and life or the tragic end to great musical cellist.
