The results: The researchers concluded that 34.5 percent of Australian women were spending as much as 81 days searching in their handbags over the course of their lives. This is, obviously, a colossal waste of time. If you find yourself rummaging around in a sea of gum wrappers, grocery receipts and old shopping lists but not finding the items you're actually looking for, it's definitely time to declutter your bag.
