Taking you in and around Brisbane (and sometimes beyond)
Published May 7th 2014
Reach for the Sky
You know, that place that you can view the world from. Somewhere magical.

Something special like this ....
eiffel tower paris
Elegant Eiffel Tower
Once you climb up those stairs, it is amazing. What a way to see Paris!

But, you will find your 'Eiffel Tower' all over the globe.

Locally ....

You could try the Wheel of Brisbane

A terrific way to see Brisbane in 360 degree glory. The cages are fully enclosed, and feel very secure (even for people worried about heights).

Did you know that for 30 years, Brisbane City Hall used to be our tallest building? All of Brisbane would boast about this beauty. Build in 1930 's it's clock tower rises 92 metres above the ground. While, by todays measures it doesn't compare, you can visit the restored gem and dream of a bye-gone era.

The 'new' city hall has plenty on offer: lots to see and do, and while you are there, pop inside and marvel over this beautifully restored roof. It even changes colours.

Head down to Byron Bay and go to the Most Easterly Point of
Australia's Mainland.

How stunning is this?

Great Day out

Or you could head to one of the many lookouts about the place. Yes, Natural beauties. One of my favourites is Mt Coot-tha Lookout
1012 Sir Samuel Griffith Drive.

There are great walks, Incredible views and even a restaurant and cafe in case you get hungry!

And for those lucky enough to travel abroad - how about:

London's Big Ben (Ok I know the actually Ben is the Bell) but how Breathtakingly Beautiful is it? And we were lucky to see if on an amazing clear day.

Beautiful Big Ben

Or the London Eye. What a way to see the sights ....

And then there is the Shard. When I went to London, I just loved the mix between the old and new. And this, my friends, is how new architecture is created.... all 87-stories of it.

And what better way to see Lovely Lyon: Yes, another giant wheel!

Love that ceiling. It's like someone was on a psychodelic trip when they built it.
