IceDEA Conceptual Ice Cream Showroom @ Bangkok Art & Culture Centre (BACC)

IceDEA finds ideas in ice cream and creates flavours and concepts for different events and functions. It is an artisan ice cream shop located at the Bangkok Art & Culture Centre (BACC), where you'll find all sorts of weird and wonderful flavours, ranging from wasabi to kamikaze, as well as flavours that meld in local elements, including mango and sticky rice, as well as Thai milk tea.





A featured dessert in the store is the grass brownie. Made to look like parts of a football field, these special dark chocolate brownies were made for the opening of the S-One Football Centre in Bangkok. Football ice cream served in goal patterned cups were also created for the opening.





Other notable creations include the tan line popsicles for a magazine, as well as ice cream shaped like sushi!





IceDEA is definitely worth a visit especially if you're around the Siam Paragon or MBK area. The Bangkok Art and Cultural Centre also features many cool stores and art exhibitions.
