My favourite summer flavour combo! Apricot and Earl Grey ice cream, made in-house using seasonal local produce by owner at Ice-cream Social
I had tried their flavours before at farmers markets and remember their unusual flavour pairings. But they all work. The flavour profiles are quite distinct and unique. Choose a sorbet or ice cream and enjoy it in the retro ice cream shop.
I love trying out new flavours and this one was a refreshing flavour on a hot autumn day in Castlemaine! So check these guys out! You will find them at festivals or currently at Alphington Farmers Market every Sunday. Or at Gasworks Farmers Market, 4th Saturday of every month.
The retro ice cream parlour at 12 Hargraves St Castlemaine is where you can enjoy ice cream, crepes, burgers, cakes, coffee and booze. Over the winter months, they open Weds-Fri 2pm-8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm.
