Bowel Cancer can be prevented and early detection can be treated - this message plus the ways in which to prevent and detect it early enough is the mission of the Jodi Lee foundation.
The Jodi Lee Foundation was created in 2010 by Nick Lee, after his wife, mother of their two children and friend to many, Jodi Lee, lost her fight with Bowel Cancer at age 41.
Team FOMO was formed in 2008 when Jodi Lee was first diagnosed, her friends, plus friends of friends (plus friends of their friends) came together to run in the Albert Park relay for life, for the Cancer Council. Team FOMO now take part in the J.L.F Trek raising money & awareness for the J.L Foundation and the team are now hosting a fundraising night you'll remember for years to come:
The Hypnotic Experience Stage Show, with hypnotist Ray O'Hara. Ray O'Hara's Hypnotic Experience gets rave reviews from previous audiences, people say Ray has them laughing the whole way through the show.
Team FOMO have also arranged raffles and games to win wine & prizes, so be sure to bring some extra cash to get involved. There will also be bar services available.
It stands to be a great night out for a great cause, tickets are $20 (plus 30c booking fee) www.trybooking.com
