Drama School - Freud or Fraud?
Hypnagogism - A Balter Theatre Co Production. Directed by Luke Beattie and Frankie.

Follow Michelle on her journey through drama school, where the line between fantasy and reality is often blurred. The satirical piece of theatre follows themes of mental health, assault, addiction and we soon discover that drama school provides an outlet and can be a very vulnerable place for students. Through movement, spoken word, music and the use of coloured powder as symbolism for emotion, we discover the secrets and trauma behind each student.

We encounter quirky characters such as the guru who hides behind a curtain (who can't be seen, as he is a celebrity and students will be much too starstruck!) a fortune teller, a rabbit and a cigarette.
