Pool side cocktails at Perth's newest bar
Most of Perth now knows about the all-new Art Series hotel, The Adnate in Perth's CBD. I mean unless you were looking at your shoes all day it would be hard to miss a 25 storey building with three remarkable faces staring back at you.
Now, there is an exciting cocktail bar at the Adnate to match this innovate Art Series hotel.
While a first for Perth the Hyde brand is widely known for its iconic celebrity-packed venues in Los Angeles and Miami.
There is a sense of Hollywood with the remarkable pool, sun lounges and DJ decks with a DJ spinning tracks through the weekend.
Casual by day, it is classy by night. This laid-back venue focuses on being a music and entertainment venue as well as a playground for after-work drinks or long, lazy lunches with friends or workmates.
Relish the Interior Design
Designer Carlie Milosevic (2012 Australian Fashion Graduate of the Year) has evoked her signature style of urban chic vibe while playing homage to Perth's natural beauty, pastel sunsets and picturesque beaches.
This neutral colour scheme with pops of colour creates a timeless and relaxed alfresco space.
Versatile seating options and a private dining room are available.
The Cocktail List
The cocktail offerings showcase innovative and moreish cocktails designed by Australia's most awarded bartender Tim Philips from Sweet & Chili who believes: "Every cocktail should come with a story that brings all your senses together."
Try the Poppop (Don Julio Blanco, buttered popcorn, grapefruit) or the salted honeycomb espresso martini and poolside negroni.
The Hyde brand is also known globally for large format drinks designed to share so get a group together for a 10 litre Tropicana Punch.

The perfect pairings for the beef ribs or the lamb T bone, with crispy potatoes and toum (garlic sauce). Or, ease into Sunday Sessions over a casual bottle of Aix Rosé from Provence in the South of France.
Enjoy a Bottomless Brunch
Bottomless Brunch is a socially acceptable excuse for day drinking, best enjoyed with friends, and is available across the weekend from 12pm – 2pm, offering guests the very best selection of signature dishes and cocktails from $85 a head.
