Take-away pizza without the full-stomached regret of too much grease ingested? It is possible. Look no further than Hyde Park Pizza. On King William Road in Hyde Park (funny that) this is a place that knows how to make a pizza that doesn't make you feel like you'll be paying for it later. And It tastes so freaking good! It is also very reasonably priced for the quality of the product.

They cater for those that are allergic or have issues with wheat by including a Gluten Free Pizza Menu and I've heard that unlike some Gluten free pizza it doesn't taste like ass - although not having any issues with wheat myself I have not tried it and so can't vouch for it personally. However, just the fact that they offer it certainly ticks another box in the world of quality take-away pizza.

A girl I know said she used to think she didn't like take-away pizza because she doesn't like the more common types (Pizza-Hut and Dominoes style), but now she has discovered Hyde Park Pizza she knows that having a strong relationship with a good pizza place is a staple of the modern person's life.

My favourites are actually two vegetarian toppings even though I'm a meat-eater (special shout out to the Tandoori Chicken though, you and your mango chutney sure are delicious). My favourites, however, are 'Giardino's Delight' and the aptly titled 'Vegetarian' sans olives, I'm not a big fan. These are both in the gourmet selection and so a party size will set you back about $30, but it is enough food for 3 or 4 as a main (more as a snack) or maybe just you and your significant other when you're just in the mood to stuff your faces and not leave the couch all night - not that I'd know anything about that. The menu has plenty to choose from though, so don't let my choices limit you: go forth and try all the toppings young ones! And why not pop your suggestions into the comments, I'd love to know what people are trying and liking.
