2017 marks the 14th annual Hurstbridge Wattle Festival - a popular family friendly event which showcases the Hurstbridge township and presents an exciting celebration of its rich heritage and vibrant community spirit.
This one day festival will take place on Sunday 27th August, 2017 from 10am to 4pm and features a jam-packed day of awesome entertainment and activities for all the family to enjoy!
One of the main attractions of the community event is the Steam Train; festivalgoers can travel to the festival by steamtrain shuttle rides between Hurstbridge and Eltham during the day. The festival highlights include FREE Double Decker bus rides, Victoria's Largest BMX Show and Shine, Classic Car Display, Animal Nursery and Scouts Ropes Course, Artsbridge Contemporary Art Exhibition, The Night Market at the Station, CFA Watering the Steam Train, Local Wine and Food, 'Best of Fest' compered by Miss Wattle, Main Stage Entertainment and Roving Entertainers, a Treasure Hunt, Camel Rides and much, much more!
