The team behind award-winning innovative food design company Post Dining, are partnering with Adelaide's diverse communities to showcase the rich history of living food cultures in an immersive and interactive exhibition.

Post Dining was created by a dietician and an events coordinator and combines food with music, performance art, literature and a healthy dose of absurdity. Expect a tantalising exhibition and discussion, not a meal.

Celebrating the ways in which diverse food customs have enhanced the personal and broader culture of Adelaide, take yourself on a journey through time and place, gathering stories and discovering food customs of our city.

Accompanying the exhibition will be a not-to-be-missed opening event where live food demonstrations will bring communities together, and give you a chance to sample a delicious array of local cooking.

The Hunt and Gather exhibition will be available to view from Tue 7 - Fri 10 May, 10am-4pm at the Drill Hall (southern end), Torrens Parade Ground, Victoria Drive, Adelaide.
