On Saturday 30th of May, 2015, help Raise the Roof on Queensland's only children's hospice, Hummingbird House.

Hummingbird House is a home away from home for children affected by life-limiting conditions.

The children's hospice will provide world-class paediatric palliative care in a home-like, medically supported facility for babies and young people up to the age of 18.

It is currently being built and will be a place where kids can be kids and families can reconnect and create treasured memories.

To help raise funds for the construction of the Hummingbird House Rooftop Terrace and Garden Spaces, a Raise the Roof Ball will be held on Saturday 30th of May, 2015 at the Old Paper Store, Queensland Newspapers from 6.30pm till late.

During the evening, guests will enjoy a sensational three course meal with drinks.

There will also be entertainment by Savvy - Brisbane's premier live band and guest performances by Raw Metal - Australia's hottest Tap Dance Sensation, as well as fabulous live and silent auction items.

Tickets start from $270 per person or $2500 for a table of 10.

All ticket holders will automatically go in the draw to win a Hyundai i30 Active car or a KTM RC 390 motorbike.

Come along to the Hummingbird House Raise the Roof Ball this May, it's an opportunity to change the lives of more than 3,700 Queensland children who need to make every moment count.
