The Human Rights Arts & Film Festival (HRAFF) in Melbourne will take place from 8 to 22 May.

Showcasing the best films and artwork from around the world, the Human Rights Arts & Film Festival explores incredible stories that challenge, touch and inspire.

In its seventh year, HRAFF presents a selection of contemporary cinema, music, fine art and panel discussions featuring international and national guests.

After Melbourne, the festival will head around the country on tour.

Margaret Pomeranz, one of HRAFF Patrons said "Film and the arts have so much power to influence the way we see the world, to heighten our awareness of the plight of those in our community and in the world community."
