A Hula Hoop workout works on your whole body, toning and tightening as you swing those hips. Run by the lovely people from Happy Healthy Hoops, this free session will be an introductory starter class.

It can be a full body workout which tones muscles, improves fitness levels, plus improves co-ordination and flexibility. You can burn approximately 210 calories during a thirty minute session.
