While driving down Oval Ave in Caloundra, I noticed . Wanting to know more, I stopped by on my return to check it out. Initially, my attention was drawn to the unusual plant nooks in the high block fence. Really cute.



Once inside the gate, I found myself in a wee oasis. Lovely gardens, but best of all, coffee! Malarkey Artisan Coffee is under the canopy of a lovely Poinciana tree. They serve the best coffee and snacks. I'm sure it's well used by all the local businesses that no longer have to go into the town for their coffee fix. There sure was a steady stream of people buying takeaways.



The idea of the Hub is to have a group of small businesses working together in one premises, so they can share costs and services and support one another. Today, more than ever, we need for this to happen.



The Hub has a hair salon with very experienced hairstylists and a seauty salon - so it's a one-stop for these services, plus your coffee fix. There is another small site which had a gallery in it when I visited. An ideal place for a pop-up shop or someone offering another service.



The ambience of the area is what really hits home. There are two lovely areas where you can quietly relax with family or friends over a coffee and chat and not have to compete with road noise or other customers.



Rental agreements vary according to needs. Long and short term leases can be arranged. Plenty of curbside parking and easy access for wheelchairs.
