Bean Bag Cinema - A twist not to be missed
Taking a classic everyday outing and adding a bit of a twist!
A Cinema With a Difference
When I came across this concept I thought WOW what a great idea!
Going to the cinema is something that you can do with just about everyone. It rarely ever gets boring watching all those top-notch new blockbusters, with the added bonus of amazing surround sound and 3D options all on a massive screen in front of you.
A friend of mine introduced me to the Bean Bag Cinema as a surprise for my birthday when I was living in Melbourne, and man was it good! A complete package ticking all the boxes of Comfort, Comfort and Comfort!
Anyone who owns a bean bag will know how cosy and relaxing they are, so with THAT plus the addition of a large drink and popcorn on the side table next to me, I was all set for the night!
All up there are around 20 oversized deluxe bean bags in the room. I was sitting around four rows from the front and still had a perfect view of the screen. There is also the added bonus, especially if you're tall, of not having to worry about legroom as you can just lie down, stretch your legs and enjoy the movie.
Bean Bags are no longer just for the comfort of your own home!
The price per bean bag ranges from $25 on Tight Ass Tuesdays to $32.50 every other day. However each bean bag is designed to seat two, so you could actually pay a bargain of $12.50 or $16.25 each and enjoy a more intimate and cosy experience.
The bean bag screening room is located at the Hoyts cinema right in the heart of Melbourne at Melbourne Central.
By adding the bonus of comfort, intimacy and quirkiness to this classic everyday outing, it makes it a favourite must try experience not to be missed, and such a perfect way to spend an evening out with your partner, friends or family.
