If you or the kids were enthralled with Walking With Dinosaurs by Global Creatures, get set as they come back with an all new show promised to be even better. At How to Train Your Dragon Live you will experience high-flying, fire-breathing dragons that magically come to life in a magestic event.

It was inspired by the Academy Award nominated DreamWorks Animation film How to Train Your Dragon, which was among the best-reviewed movies of 2010. The live show begins its world tour in Australia in March 2012.
Get set for fire-breathing dragons soaring over you, bringing a mystical world of Vikings and Dragons to the Australian stage.

You will meet 24 different Dragons, some having wingspans of up to 14 metres. World class circus performers and acrobats come together as Vikings and villagers mingling with dazzling projections, spectacular flying, stunts, fire and pyrotechnics.

How to Train Your Dragon Live will be showing in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane at these venues:

Hisense Arena in Melbourne on March 2 through to 11th.

Acer Arena in Sydney on March 15 through to 25th.

Brisbane Entertainment Centre on March 28th through to April 1st.

Ticket prices range from $49.90 to $99.90 and can be purchased on the Ticketek website.

We went today with the kids, wow, it was amazing, they have done a fantastic job (once I picked myself up off the floor at $6 for a bottle of powerade - take your own drinks and snacks or deep wallets - but I guess that is to be expected)

The way they used animation was amazing. In some cases you felt like you were flying with them.
Great show, thoroughly enjoyable!
