Bring back your childhood with this simple recipe
It seems Redskin lollies have been around for decades. There's something about the bright red and the tang we all love. Here's how to throw an amazing Redskin fudge party - perfect for children's parties.

You could even incorporate the Redskin idea and turn it into a bit of a red and white party, with red and white costumes and decorations. However the highlight of this party will be the redskin fudge. Whether it's for eating at the party or take home bags, you could even pour the molten fudge over the cake. It's sure to be a hit.

It's an amazingly easy recipe as you only need 3-ingredient and they are:

1. Redskin lolly bars - 1 Share size pkt - Around 10 bars
2. Condensed milk - 1 can
3. White chocolate - 300gm

Begin by chopping up the Redskins bars into smaller pieces.
If you happen to own a Thermomix, you can also put them in there and turn them into a powder this will make them melt more quickly but no matter if you do not - you can just break them up into pieces.

Place 1 can of condensed milk into a pot, add the chopped up Redskin bars with 300 grams of white chocolate and place over a double boiler on the stove.

Bring to the boil, then stir until all ingredients are dissolved together. The mix will look a lovely pink at this stage.

Continue to stir over low heat for 1 hour, this allows the condensed milk to thicken and dissolve all of the redskin bars.

If you have used a Thermomix, shorten the time as your Redskins will already be easily dissolved.

After the hour it all begins to take shape, ready to pour into a pan. *Image Lesley Mitchell

Line a tray with greased baking paper and pour your red skin fudge into it.

Place in the fridge for several hours or overnight to set.

Slice and enjoy.

If you wanted to use it as a cake glaze, allow to cool slightly yet still runny and then pour the fudge over the cake.

It is sure to be a hit at your next party.

So far, it is perfect for the kid's party, however the title of this article did elude that it was also for adults and you may be wondering why, well adults I have 2 words for you - Redskin Vodka!

Take a full bottle of vodka
Empty 1/4 of the bottle of Vodka into a jar or glass.
Chop up a bag of redskin lolly bars and place in a (microwave safe) bowl
Put the bowl and lollies in the microwave for about 5 seconds. Just enough to soften up slightly.

Place the Redskins back into the bottle and top it up with the reserved vodka little a little space for shaking.

Allow to sit for some time (at least a day, but can be done a few weeks prior) for the Redskins to dissolve.

Before serving, strain to remove any oily film from the top of the spirits

Serve on the rocks or as a cocktail with lemonade. Enjoy and drink responsibly.
