Sometimes it is hard to do the right thing in the right moment. Planning a trip could be an exciting process, however so many things can disrupt your ideal image of a Caribbean beach or your next visit to Europe. Planning requirements are as simple as you want to see it. I would like to suggest three useful tools for you to do your planning without rush.

One of the most well-known tools is Google. You can use the calendar on Gmail as a planner. If you are on Google, just try using it. It is unpretentious and you do not require more than an email account. This option could be the best one when you're booking a hotel in a foreign country and the hotel you have booked is not a well-known establishment. It sounds obvious, but you must consider how practical a calendar can be. Just keep it simple.

My second recommendation is Planapple. It is free and really easy to use. First you should set up your trip, then organise the information and things you consider important. For example, famous places to visit, nice restaurants, and shops and so on. You will find it so interactive because it allows you to introduce comments and invite someone to help you with your planning.

Finally, Tripit is another option where you can do all your planning process with a different visual interface. It is really structured, and they offer free access with a 30 day trial version, or opt for the pro addition. This app is perfect for the avid traveller.

Anyway, all your effort for your perfect trip will pay off when you are on your ideal holiday; maybe drinking coconut water or a fancy wine. Good luck with your planning!
