Chocolate - So many of us have a love for this delicious sweet treat, and some people are even addicted to this. I have a friend who must have one whole block per day!
Supposedly it has now been revealed that dark chocolate, in moderation, has some health benefits and it is articles about this that I really enjoy reading, as dark chocolate is the one for me!
When it comes to sugar consumption, Australians are simply not getting the message - they are still gorging themselves on refined sugars, processed foods and snacks laden with chemicals and artificial additives.
Statistics show that many of us have a diet that consists of about a third of processed and refined sugar. This, in turn, is contributing to obesity, so our health is suffering.
Some of these chocolate making classes do not use additives and indeed three of them are making "raw" chocolate, which is healthier again.
