lovely article,I like that you have butter every now and then.We all need a bit of good fat to decrease the risk of DEMENTIA.as you know brain is made of fat and constant dieting can decrease the fat in the brain and can increase the possibility of dementia which is now becoming quite common in the old age . Just make sure that your butter is oure butter and not vegetable oil bIend.canolla oil is not healthy these days as they are genetically modified food.I also recommend changing your tea to green tea.Happy health
