Constantly listen to music while you exercise because it'll motivate you, and it'll be a distraction while you exercise. Load your iPod up with some new funky music and listen to it while you exercise.
Always drink cold water while you're moving. The body will need to burn calories to try and heat itself up while you drink the cold water, plus you need to stay hydrated.
Don't think twice. If you've made plans to go for a walk, put on your shoes and go; don't stand around the house doing little jobs and wondering if you should go or not.
Never skip out on your morning exercises. If you've decided to work out for 15 minutes each morning then do it. Don't skip it one day then do it the next, keep it flowing and do it every day.
Throw away all the junk food that's in your cupboard. Raid the cupboard and get rid of any unneeded sugary treats and chips that'll tempt you when you're hungry.
Tell other people about your plans, at least then you'll be motivated to keep going.
Wear proper exercise shoes like sneakers and runners because it'll be much easier to exercise in. You also won't have to worry about dirtying or ruining your other shoes.
Losing weight can be easy or hard, it just depends what kind of techniques you use to do it.
