A UQ student whose favourite method of procrastination is getting out of the house and enjoying what Brisbane has to offer.
Party like it's your house, Jubilee style
House parties are great right? If you're young and broke (students, that's you), a house party is the only way to celebrate, well, anything. With no need to dress up, cheap drinks, steaks thrown on the barbie and beer pong games that turn into battles of epic proportions, everyone loves a house party.
Until the morning after. Waking up to half empty cups of reeking combinations of liquor, semi-conscious people sprawled all over beer stained furniture and hordes of angry neighbours is not the way you want to remember the weekend.
Luckily, The Jubilee Hotel has you covered. They're kicking off their new and improved Sunday sessions in the beer garden with the house party to end all house parties on the 2nd of March.
There will be jumbo jugs of beer, Coronas and $2 steaks along with plenty of sangria jugs for the girls. A beer pong championship will be going down on the day along with plenty of other favourite house party games, live music and a DJ spinning tracks until late with no qualms about noise complaints from the neighbours.
