This annual event is one of the longest running chilli festivals in Australia and it showcases the best locally produced and USA produced chilli and hot sauces. Exhibitors include Crazy Bull Sauces, Redback Chilli Company, Voodoo Moon, Pepper Creek Farm and many more hot sauce favourites.

The family friendly weekend event features a range of fun activities and thrilling competitive events. Some of the popular attractions at this event include the Chilli Eating Competition and the Kids Chilli Dog Eating Competition, and the anticipated Chilli Cookoff - where $1000 is up for grabs.

Besides the chilli, there will also be a great range of gourmet food and wine exhibitors, as this event is being run alongside the Jindivick Food & Wine Festival 2012. Some of the other exhibitors include Maldon Yabby Farm, Maffra Cheese Company, Humpty Doo Beef Jerky and Wild Dog Winery. Check out the full listing here.

In addition to the chilli, hot sauce, gourmet food and wine - there is also a fantastic live music line up and entertainment and attractions for kids.

Entry to this event is $15 for adults and $5 for children (for children under the age of 10 - a gold cold donation is the admission fee).
