Many rescued animals find a home at Horses in Mind
Horses in Mind's mission is to improve the wellbeing of young people through working with horses and on the land. Many other rescued animals live at Horses in Mind as well, such as chickens, ducks, goats, and cows. Many riders at Horses in Mind, including children under adult supervision, stay on after lessons and learn to care for these animals as well.
Although Horses in mind is located at Hemmant, just 10Km from the Brisbane CBD, the location feels rural with paddocks running alongside the wetlands of Moreton Bay. The staff are passionate about their animals and youth wellbeing. If you're looking for somewhere to engage with horses, whether for health and wellbeing or lessons and trails, Horses in Mind provides an affordable experience for all ages and abilities.
