This Queen's Birthday Long Weekend, Hophaus German Bar is presenting its first SausageFest!Enjoy a tantalising evening of the finest German meats, including Kransky, Bratwurst and all other cuts and kinds of delicious meats roasted, fried, seared and skewered!It's all happening on Sunday 11th June from 6.30pm to 8.30pm and best of all, you can join this all-you-can-eat meat feast for just $60 per person, including German Tap Biers and house wine! Look forward to canapes of Mini Bratwurst & Kranskys in buns, Lamb Skewers, Chicken Skewers, Pulled Pork Bun, Beef Sliders, Bitterballen and Lamb Ribs.There will also be Food Stations with a Rotisserie Carvery of Lamb Shoulder, Beef Rump, Chicken, Suckling Pork, a Sausage Station and Salad Bar.The Drinks package is equally diverse with a selection of tap bier, including Bitburger Pilsner, Budvar Pilsner, Früh Kölsch, Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier, Hophaus Apfel Cider and Konig Ludwig Dunkel, plus sparkling, white and red wine offered by the glass.
