Those familiar with the previously located Lime Restaurant will notice the full redesign as this new dining spot has recycled timber furnishings, Asian-inspired commissioned artworks and a signature green wall full of foliage. Better yet, if you are a sports fan (or just a lover of a great view, ask to be seated at the windows for a view of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and nearby Treasury Gardens.

With the new name and look, Hop Sing Bar & Food's new menu, designed by chef Sunny Singh showcases a variety of Asian flavours, including the Singapore chilli soft shell crab and steamed buns for starters (above).
Leave room for dessert as the Matcha tiramisu with black sesame mascarpone and the pandan ice cream sandwich are not to be missed!
The Hop Sing menu is accompanied by a solid drinks list of wines, craft beers and cocktails and it's the ideal spot to pop in for a bite before a show at the nearby Princess Theatre or to get a meal before and after sporting events at the MCG.
If you are a local city worker, it's also a convenient spot to enjoy a drink and meal after the workday too.
Hop Sing Bar & Food is easily accessed via the Mercure Treasury Gardens Hotel lobby.
