The inviting venue is spacious and set against the stunning backdrop of Samford Creek. In this pleasant and relaxed setting, guests may be lucky to catch a glimpse of turtles, fish and other wildlife in their natural surroundings.
The garden dining area also features an Aquaponics vertical garden system and edible landscaping and this nature-inspired theme carries through to the menu, which offers back to basics 'unrefined foods', using local, seasonal, and sustainable produce.
The menu is populated with Modern Australian favourites, with a Honey Pepper's twist! For example Macadamia and roasted pumpkin salad; Turkish bread melt; House-made Kangaroo burger; and Bad-boy chips and fries! Plus all the sweets and cakes are made in-house with local spring specialities such as Mulberry slice and Rosella Jam with Scones.
With a selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free items, there's sure to be an item to suit everyone. The Tap Beer and wine list also offers up some choice selections.
This Spring, guests can also sample the new cocktail menu, which highlighted with a garden sourced Lemongrass and Ginger Mojito, and a Herb Harvest Daiquiri.
Honey Pepper's is open 7 days a week with live music set to be a regular feature this Spring and Summer.
