These sweet treats are too easy; I'm pretty sure you can make them in your sleep!

Honey joys, which are made with cornflakes, are also known as honey crackles.
Get your kids to whip up a batch and enjoy the crunch of an old Australian favourite.
They are perfect for any occasion, in particular children's birthdays.
For variety, sprinkle with 100s and 1000s (nonpareils) for the children or for something more adult, garnish with shavings of couverture chocolate after baking and before they go cold.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cups cornflakes
Method
1. Melt butter, honey and sugar over a low heat in saucepan.
2. Add cornflakes and mix.
3. Spoon into patty pans.
4. Bake for 5-10 minutes in moderate oven 170C degrees.
