Tom, the bank robber played by Liam Neeson, who is the perfect actor for this tough guy role.
With his new-found girlfriend played by Kate Walsh, a cat and mouse chase begins between himself and the two crooked FBI agents, Nivens and Hall, played by Jai Courtney (graduated from WAAPA in Mt Lawley in 2007) and Anthony Ramos.
These two young agents see the stolen money as their golden ticket to a better life. The differences between good and bad become tangled but love always rings true.
Directed by Mark Williams, who had his directorial debut with A Family Man in 2016. Honest Thief also stars Robert Patrick as an experienced FBI agent.
With some car chases and explosions, you know this is what Liam Neeson is good at.
Running time is 98 minutes and is now playing in cinemas.
