Being an avid watcher of The Block and a lover of colour, texture and all things creative, I love to experiment with ideas and anticipate the final result much to the disgust of the man of the house who cannot visualise an idea until it is completed and staring right in front of him. But hey the living room is very much often overlooked and often referred to as that big room with a big TV sitting at one end of the room. A living room, in fact, should be lived in and a place we feel comfortable and at ease in.

Come along to Homeworld at Helensvale on Saturday, 31st October 2015 and join former contestants on The Block, Michael and Carlene Duffy as they share their insider tips for "Styling Your Living Room Like A Pro".



With their wealth of renovating and styling experience, Michael and Carlene will be at Homeworld to provide a number of key styling strategies and tips that will allow you to style your living room to suit the season and your budget.



This is a free event and walk-ins are welcome, however, as seating is limited, it is definitely a great idea to book your seats beforehand.

Children are not forgotten and are more than welcome with a Creative Kids Corner over this Big Deal Weekend at Homeworld, Helensvale.

Creative Kids Corner Sessions will take place in the Arbour (outside Mr Toys). Bookings not essential but encouraged as there will have limited spaces for each session.
