Since
Cockle Bay Wharf opened up just prior to the Sydney Olympics back in the year 2000,
Home Bar and Nightclub has always attracted the crowds. If you ever go nightclubbing here, it is smarter to buy your tickets in advance to any special events (such as their birthday anniversary celebrations) otherwise you could be disappointed. A great locale to also celebrate new year's eve.
Once you are in, it is like paradise. Ensure you and your friends stick together otherwise you will be wasting your time looking for your lost friends. Expect floors of different entertainment, and super efficient bar staff. You would be forgiven for thinking that they have had many cans of Red Bulls as their energy levels are so intense during any given Saturday night in particular.
Funky beats indeed and a most crowded dance floor. It is fairly easy to pick up people; yet despite being a large nightclub institution it is conversely quite difficult to brush off anyone undesirable.
Great ambience and a great escape from reality for a few hours.
