A cafe that feels like home
What if you could find a place that felt as comfortable as your home without having to prepare the food, clear the table and do the washing up. Home Cafe at Ashgrove might just be that place.

With a menu boasting fresh salads, fritatas and paninis, along with daily specials and an all day breakfast, Home Cafe caters for those looking for a healthy meal or snack. For the sweet tooth, specials like the brioche french toast and the banana, coconut and banana pancakes are standouts.

Campos is Homes' coffee of choice with drip filter also available. For the th time poor, Home Cafe accceses the Skip Android app so you can pre-order and pay for your brew online and have it waiting for you when you arrive.

Home Cafe has lots of indoor and outdoor seating including a large, wooden communal dining table for friends and strangers to gather as well as window bench seating with bright, comfy and colourful cushions. Parents can relax, eat and chat while the kids explore their very childrens playroom with a bright, flower and animal hand-painted mural on the wall and lots of fun toys to keep your curious little ones occupied.

New owners, Grace and Dudley, have curated original art works with the current piece "Pacific Waste" by Brisbane artist Tony Rice draws on a coastal, conservation theme. A giant, green turtle on the back wall reminds us of the impact of pollution on sea life. Look out for the next original artistic instalment.
