Whenever Christmas comes around, there are always those movies that most people watch every year. Love Actually, The Grinch and who can go past The Muppet’s Christmas Carol? This year, Sydney Opera House is stepping things up a notch, and screening Home Alone , whilst the Sydney Symphony Orchestra plays the John Williams film score alongside the beloved Christmas classic for many families.

This event will have four performances between the 5th and the 8th of December, so there are four times to choose from if tickets are for sale. There are performances at 7pm on the fifth, the sixth, and the seventh, or 2pm on the seventh and the eighth.
