I struggled with bad health last year and decided to go the Yoga way. I had done some Yoga before and knew that it was going to be a challenging journey. To begin my journey, I tried Contemporary Hot Yoga at Hom for a week, and then Bikram Yoga.

Many folks asked me questions like, Which one is better .. Which one should I go for .. Which is cheaper etc. Honestly, I liked both of them. I find Bikram hardcore as compared to contemporary at Hom. If you are intimidated by the temperature, try Hom. You will sweat bullets in both!
