Fun for kids in the great outdoors
Have you been to the National Arboretum these school holidays? Pod Playground is a drawcard for many families over the holidays, and they also have a host of activities for all ages. On the 8th, 15th and 22nd of January, kids can create and decorate a kite to fly from the lawns outside the Visitors Centre. They can then take them home to fly later.

Sessions run for 1 hour and cost $15 per child. See the National Arboretum website for available bookings. Book in early for these popular workshops at one of Canberra's most scenic destinations to fly a kite!
