Taronga Zoo is a well loved family favourite and is perfect for a great day out with the kids. With a variety of different animals to see and lots to do, it's the perfect way to spend a sunny school holiday in Sydney. With plenty of animals, even exotic ones, as well as your well loved favourites like the kangaroos and the koalas, kids will have a blast. You can travel into Taronga Zoo by ferry into Circular Quay and make a day of it.

During these school holidays there is The Big Air School Festival which is a free stunt and performance zone. Here you will find a variety of scooter, skate and BMX shows accompanied with music by DJs. You can bring your own skateboards, scooters or bikes, or you can choose to try your own bikes, top of the range that are provided at the festival. It's a free event and is great for all the boys out there who love a good set of wheels.
The Big Air School Festival is located in the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park.
Of course, you can never go wrong with a day out at one of Sydney's stunning beaches.
